UTKRISHT is an annual Technical Fest of Tula’s Institute that was recently held in the college. Utkrisht is an initiative of the engineering students combined with the efforts of their HOD’s. The 2-day tech-fest attracts not just participants but also students from across the state.
The first day of the event was flagged off in the presence of Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain Chairman Tula’s Institute and Mr. Raunak Jain VP- Tula’s Group. The event saw Technical Paper presentation by students from various departments (CS, IT, EC, EEE, ME) not just from Tula’s institute but various other colleges from Uttarakhand.
Utkrisht provides an ideal platform to the students to showcase their innate talent. It is such initiatives by the management of the college that have resulted in Tula’s Institute being ranked among top 10 engineering college in Uttarakhand.

The main highlights of Utkrisht’13 were Adavya, AD-o-mania, Bridget the gap, circuit tackle, Dexter’s lab, reckless robo, tech-rangoli, tech-quila, a treasure hunt to name a few.
Some of the results of events are as follows – In one of the events ‘Adavya’which is a Technical PowerPoint presentation – Harshit and Chetan stood first from CS-IT stream, Vivek Rajput and Vivek Kaushik from ME and Deepak and Saket stood second. From EC Sagar Sharma and Prachi Sharma stood 1st and Priya and Zeeshan stood second.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Raunak Jain VP of Tula’s Institute opined that, ‘Utkrisht’13 signifies how important quality education is and it is the overall development of the students that have made this event a real success. The whole event was conceptualized to perfection and I have nothing but praise for my students and faculty who really”.
The entire event was managed by the students of the college under the supervision and guidance of the convener Mr. Pranshu Arora.
