Tula’s Institute organized a lecture series on applications of civil engineering in different fields for 2nd and 3rd-year students.
The first-day lecture was delivered by Dr LN Thakural on “The Conservation of Water” in which students got familiar with the sustainable use of water in the present generation keeping in mind the future generations.
The second-day lecture was delivered by Dr SK Singh on “Innovative and Futuristic Construction Materials: Challenges and Opportunities “in which the students got to assimilate the different construction materials used in civil engineering that can have positive advantages over traditional materials.
The third-day lecture was delivered by Mr. Ashish Garg on “Climate change and its mitigation through green building”.
In the present scenario, one of the most important aspects that need to be considered and worked upon is the change in climate due to greenhouse gases and other factors.
