A 2 Day HR Conclave on ‘Rewards and Beyond’ was organized by Tula’s Institute which was inaugurated by Prof. DS Chauhan VC Uttarakhand Technical University. The conclave saw some of the finest corporate professionals discuss various trends and challenges faced by them in the corporate world but also at the same time engage with future budding managers. The Conclave aims to provide the ideal platform to share practices and hear from the best mind in the field.
The lamp lighting was done by Prof. DS Chauhan VC Uttarakhand Technical University, Shri Sunil Kumar Jain Chairman Tula’s Institute, Advisor Shri GG Garg and Executive Director Ms Silky Jain. The ceremony also saw Mr Raunak Jain who has recently completed his MSC from the famous Royal Holloway University in London take over as the Vice-President of Tula’s Institute.

Speaking on the occasion Prof. DS Chauhan stated that,” Education has evolved over-time and today it is very important for both students and staff to be abreast with the changing scenario. Such conclaves have thus become very important and thus should be promoted across the state.

The 2-Day HR Conclave saw more than 70 HR Professionals visit Dehradun and be a part of the conclave. The conclave not only saw various keynote addresses by prominent corporate stalwarts but importantly saw them interacting with the students and share their experiences and guide them in their bid to realize their dream of a successful career.
