M.TECH. THERMAL ENGINEERING
The post graduate program in Thermal Engineering is of two-year duration and divided into four semesters. The course includes Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and heat transfer applications in Thermal Energy Systems, Cryogenic Engineering, real-time fluid flow, and other fields. Thermal engineers are required in the industries/companies that manufacture heat exchangers, air conditioner and Refrigerator, etc. The post graduates can also work in thermal power plants as well as hydro-electric power plants. The Career option is also available in the field of teaching for the candidates having postgraduate degree in thermal engineering.
