Building career readiness from day one, not the final semester.
TCCI is a structured, institution-wide career development initiative designed to transform the way students prepare for their professional journey. At the School of Management & Commerce, TCCI goes beyond conventional placement preparation by focusing on the complete career lifecycle of a student — from professional awareness and communication development to industry exposure, interview readiness, workplace adaptability and long-term career planning. TCCI is built on the belief that career readiness cannot be created in the final semester; it must be developed systematically from the beginning of a student's academic journey. The initiative integrates career pathway structuring, communication and execution training, industry interface, interview and assessment readiness, and long-term career planning into the student experience. TCCI recognises diverse career pathways including corporate employment, higher education, government-sector preparation, professional certifications, skill development and long-term career progression.
